I am writing to extend my sincere thanks for a quality product that has exceeded my expectations for function and durability. I am an avid long-distance dual sport motorcycle rider. By long distance I mean several weeks at a time typically traveling five hundred miles per day, & 1,000 miles days not uncommon. I ride a 2008 BMW R-1200GS configured to carry all-weather clothing, camping gear, & enough freeze dried food for weeks at a time. Generally I seek the roads less traveled that have taken me far from pavement to remote parts of the US & Canada. As you can imagine, fuel becomes an issue on a regular basis. I'm sure you know all about niche markets, and duel sport adventure motorcycling is a big one. There's lot of aftermarket products but, surprisingly, not much available in the area of extended range fuel supply. While searching the Internet I happily, albeit accidentally, came upon your fuel pack products. A few years ago I purchased twin Kolpin Fuel Pack Jr. with mounting brackets. I mounted the fuel packs to the rear of my steel luggage boxes and, after several season of hard use, I can say they have served me very well. The first trip the Kolpin fuel packs took with me was a ten-day 8,000-mile adventure from Wisconsin to the Yukon, to Alaska, to Oregon and, in a very roundabout way, back to Milwaukee. In July of this year I drove to Wyoming and, once there, stayed completely off pavement (except to refuel) for seven days. Your packs have driven with me in many extremes; hundreds of hours of high speed on and off road vibration, extreme heat (114F) and cold, and from sea level to 12,000 ft and back in a matter of hours. Without exception they have always kept my precious reserve at the ready. And, while I try very had to manage my primary fuel supply to avoid using the reserves, there have been several occasions where, without my Kolpin fuel packs, I would have been way up $#!^ creek without a paddle. rnRegards - Randal Burnett
