FOX LAKE, Wis. (February 2009) - Kolpin® Outdoors, Inc. has signed a definitive purchase agreement to acquire the non-OEM products from Premier Manufactured Products of Ohio. Subject to certain conditions, Kolpin and Premier expect a final closing of the transaction by the end of February. This acquisition is a great addition to Kolpin’s quickly expanding line of ATV and UTV products and will only strengthen Kolpin’s reputation as the ultimate source of ATV and UTV accessories.

The Premier product line consists of custom fit molded products for the Yamaha Rhino, Kawasaki Teryx, Kubota RTV900 and the Polaris Razor, as well as various universal fit ATV products. The product line includes roofs, center consoles, stereo consoles, front and rear storage/cooler boxes, windshields, seat loungers and more. Collectively, it is the most expansive line in the industry of custom-fit UTV molded products.
